The deadline for submitting requests for new audiovisual projects funded in fiscal year 2024 is Friday, March 22. To ensure consideration for completion using this fiscal year’s funds, submit all requests by the deadline.
This temporary hold is necessary to facilitate the procurement and installation of all components before the fiscal year deadline. Requests submitted after this date will be addressed on a first-come, first-served basis once the Office of Learning Space Technology commences fulfilling project requests in the fall. All currently accepted and approved projects will proceed as scheduled.
For urgent needs, LST can connect units with an external AV subcontractor.
