The UNC Charlotte Continuing Education Office’s ongoing Brown Bag Series will feature a talk by Jason Mink at noon, Wednesday, Dec. 3, at UNC Charlotte Center City.
Mink is the founder and president of COGNITION, an 11 year-old branding, marketing and Web design agency. During his career, Mink has learned valuable lessons in working with for-profit companies and nonprofits. However, several worldwide macro trends are so pervasive, so monumental, that if businesses and individuals use the last 30 years as a framework for what to expect in the next 30 years, they will wake up one morning to find their dreams shattered and left wondering what happened, according to Mink.
In his presentation “The Five Biggest Trends Shaping Your Future," Mink will help people identify and understand these powerful trends, connect the trends to the challenges they are facing in life and business and encourage them to take the first few steps to addressing a future that will be very different from the past.
