The Energy and Environmental Assistance Office has released the June winners of its annual raffles, an incentive to faculty and staff members to help improve Charlotte air quality during the summer ozone season.
Winners of the weekly raffle for employees who don’t drive during lunch were: Jessica Barton and Allison Sigmon, Belk College of Business; Yvonne Billings, extended academic programs, Herlicia Blakely and Teresa Shook, human resources; Susan Bunton, College of Liberal Arts & Sciences; Nora Miller and Amber Roberts, financial services; and Mary Ellen Muesing and Mark West, English Department. They won $5 gift certificates to Steak ‘n Shake.
Hernando Gordils, research and economic development, won the monthly drawing for those who filled their gas tanks before 7 a.m. or after 7 p.m. He received a $25 gift card to Lowe’s.
