IT Master Plan discussion sessions scheduled

Tuesday, April 8, 2014

The IT Master Plan draft has been open for review and comment on the IT Master Plan website since March 18.

In order to gather additional comments on the plan, the IT Master Plan leadership team is scheduling three discussion sessions during the week of April 14-17. Faculty and staff members will be able to share feedback regarding the plan directly with the leadership team. The scheduled sessions are designed to be informal, convenient and conducive to open conversations in small group settings. The focus of the sessions will be on listening to feedback, so there will be no presentations.

The first session, hosted by Mike Carlin, vice chancellor for information technology and chief information officer, will be from noon to 1 p.m., Monday, April 14 in the Student Union, Room 267.

Beth Hardin, vice chancellor for business affairs, will host a session from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m., Wednesday, April 16, in the Bioinformatics Building, Room 301.

Provost Joan Lorden will host the third session, scheduled for 9 to 10 a.m., Thursday, April 17, in Cone University Center, Room 113.

Refreshments will be provided at each session.
