Faculty and staff members can register for the sixth annual Niner Nation Chili Cook-off, scheduled for 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m., Thursday, April 3, in the Cone University Center, After Hours Lounge. This year’s event is being billed as a “Faculty vs. Staff Chili Throw Down.”
The UNC Charlotte Staff Council sponsors this yearly event, and prizes for first, second and third place and fan favorite will be awarded. Entries will be evaluated on taste, consistency and creativity.
The deadline to register for the cook-off is Thursday, March 27. Visit the Staff Council website for the registration form, which includes the contest rules. Send completed entry forms to Celeste Corpening (cmcorpen@uncc.edu or Kennedy Building, Room 301).
