The UNC Charlotte Botanical Gardens still has orchids available from its abbreviated Valentine’s Day Sale.
“The snow really did a number on our Valentine’s Day sale, and we are trying to find good homes for all these beautiful plants,” said Paula Gross, assistant director of the Botanical Gardens.
Orchids are priced at 25 percent below normal until they are all sold. Cash and checks accepted. Visit the greenhouse between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. to see the selection.
