Three scholarships, worth up to $8,100, are available for selected individuals to attend the highly regarded Leadership Development Program offered by the Center for Creative Leadership in Greensboro.
According to Joanna Roop, HR learning and development manager, this is an excellent career-enhancing opportunity for well-deserving managers to attend an internationally recognized development program that will aid them in their own personal development as well as help them become more effective leaders.
This program is intended for experienced managers who work in the “middle zone” of organizations. Eligible employees will have a minimum of two years full time employment at UNC Charlotte, a minimum of five years total management experience, supervise directly or indirectly at least one employee (preferably three) and have performance ratings that consistently exceed expectations.
