ARCHIBUS, the University’s work order management system, will be down from approximately 2:00 p.m until 8:00 p.m., Friday, Sept. 13, to implement a number of upgrades of user-friendly features. When the new version 21.1 goes live, upgraded features will include
- A refined ARCHIBUS login page (pictured)
- Motor fleet, key management and parking have been added to the main page’s left side module headings
- The mini search console is now open as a default display for filtering information
- Auto-complete fields that present text results when information is entered
- Easier to read, cleaner report layouts
- Defined grid formats for report views
- Grid row headers that stay fixed so that they do not scroll off the page
- Improved Flash drawing features
