ARCHIBUS upgrades set for Sept. 13

ARCHIBUS, the University’s work order management system, will be down from approximately 2:00 p.m until 8:00 p.m., Friday, Sept. 13, to implement a number of upgrades of user-friendly features. When the new version 21.1 goes live, upgraded features will include

 

  • A refined ARCHIBUS login page (pictured)  
  • Motor fleet, key management and parking have been added to the main page’s left side module headings  
  • The mini search console is now open as a default display for filtering information  
  • Auto-complete fields that present text results when information is entered  
  • Easier to read, cleaner report layouts    
  •  Defined grid formats for report views      
  •  Grid row headers that stay fixed so that they do not scroll off the page  
  •  Improved Flash drawing features
