Jules Keith-Le is an academic technology support analyst in OneIT, and Ngoc Le is a visual arts specialist in the Office of University Communications. This couple is used to working together. They met 27 years ago while working at a local health food store, the Home Economist (now closed), on Independence Boulevard in Charlotte. Both artists were immediately drawn to each other.
The couple, who will celebrate their 16th wedding anniversary in April, have two children, a son who recently graduated from college, and a daughter who will start high school in the fall.
Ngoc loves Jules’ passion for continuous learning and helping others, and Jules loves Ngoc’s creativity, perseverance and sense of humor. And, they both love UNC Charlotte. Jules Keith-Le has been with the University for 11 and a half years and earned a doctorate in 2023. Ngoc joined the University a year and a half ago and is working on a bachelor’s degree.

How’s this for a fun fact about this couple? On their honeymoon in Belize, a tour guide dared them to try local cuisine and eat live termites. They accepted, discovering that termites actually taste like mint.
