Members of the Charlotte 49ers football team participated in Harrisburg’s annual Fourth of July Parade. Several of the student-athletes walked the parade route, giving out candy and other 49ers-themed giveaways to the fans who lined the streets to see the festivities.

The Charlotte 49ers open the 2017 football season on Sept. 1 in a game at Eastern Michigan; the team’s first home game will be Sept. 16 versus North Carolina A&T.
