Biology major Ian O'Shaughnessy and Assistant Professor of Biology Adam Reitzel will discuss O'Shaughnessy’s extra credit project, turned biodiversity initiative that has the potential for major impact. O'Shaughnessy pulled together a plan and a team to convert eroding land around Parking Lot 27 near Harris Alumni Center into a space featuring native plants. He worked with a variety of people from the community and on campus to make the project a reality.
