Ebaugh named learning and organizational development director

Alyson Ebaugh is director of learning and organizational development in the UNC Charlotte Human Resources Office.

She comes to the University with more than 20 years of experience in learning and organizational development; she has worked for Fortune 50 organizations, such as Wells Fargo and AutoZone Inc. From 2005-09, Ebaugh was assistant director of human resources at Appalachian State University. Her work experience includes designing and managing succession plans, leadership development programs, online performance management systems, eLearning curricula, performance analyses and process improvement initiatives. 

A graduate of UNC Wilmington with a bachelor’s degree in education, Ebaugh is working on a master’s degree in human resources from Western Carolina University. She holds the following certifications: information mapping coach, Development Dimensions International Master Facilitator and Myers-Briggs type indicator practitioner.
