  • Learn more about the UNC Retirement Plan transition to TIAA at a one-hour virtual session at noon, Tuesday, Feb. 20
  • Join the Honors College for the fourth annual Failure Showcase from 3 to 4:30 p.m., Monday, Feb. 26, in the College of Health and Human Services, Room 155. University administrators, alumni and business leaders will share a time they failed and how they grew from the experience. Register here.
  • Community-engaged research can create new audiences for your work. Learn to identify a journal for publication, document your work for reappointment, promotion and tenure and make a plan at urbanCORE’s hands-on workshop, “Publishing in Community Engagement,”  at 10 a.m., Wednesday, Feb. 28, in Sycamore Hall, Room 306.
  • The Spring Career and Internship Fair is 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., Wednesday, Feb. 28, in the Barnhardt Student Activity Center. The event, focused on all industry areas, is open to students and the public. 
  • The First-Generation Committee is compiling a directory of faculty and staff who were first-generation college students. If you wish to be included as a resource for students, please complete this form
  • Doing cool things with Generative AI? Showcase your work at the second AI Institute for Smarter Learning on Wednesday, May 15. The call for proposals is open through Friday, March 8.
