FACULTY & STAFF ANNOUNCEMENTS

• Enrollees in the State Health Plan: Unless you made a change to your coverage during open enrollment, you will not receive a new ID card for 2024. You will continue to use your 2023 ID card.
• Annual environmental health and safety compliance training will be assigned to all University faculty, staff, and student workers Tuesday, Jan. 2. This required training will be accessible through the Learning and Development Portal and must be completed by Sunday, March 31.
• Personal Observance Leave hours will expire Sunday, Dec. 31. Time off requests must be submitted and approved before Sunday, Dec. 31.
• Community Service Leave does not carry over from one calendar year to the next. Use your hours to give back to the community this holiday season.
• Unleash your Niner potential through the webinar series for Charlotte employees.
• Campus liaisons are needed for the Levine Scholars 2024 National Outdoor Leadership Expedition.
