AlumNiner Weekend

The Alumni Association presents the annual AlumNiner Weekend, April 20-21. Open to all friends and alumni of UNC Charlotte, this weekend offers a notable lineup of events for everybody. Whether it has been five or 50 years since you last stepped foot on campus, you won’t want to miss out. Don’t forget you can use light rail to connect to campus for all the fun.

Alumni Awards Celebration Friday, April 20 - 11 a.m. \| Hilton Charlotte Center City Celebrate our 2018 award recipients, distinguished for outstanding service to campus, their chosen fields and society.
	School of Nursing 50th Anniversary Celebration Friday, April 20 - 2 p.m. College of Health and Human Services Alumni, faculty, staff and friends of the program will reflect on five decades of excellence and leadership in nursing education.
Honors College 50th Anniversary Celebration Friday, April 20 - 3 p.m. \| Levine Hall The Honors College will recognize outstanding student scholarship recipients, and national and international Fulbright, Rhodes, Marshall, Goldwater and Truman candidates, finalists and awardees.
	Green Tie Gala: Triple Crown Friday, April 20 - 7 p.m. \| Hilton Charlotte Center City We are bringing the charm and elegance of the Kentucky Derby, Preakness and Belmont Stakes to Uptown Charlotte. Run for the roses and don your best Derby-style hat to help raise funds and awareness for needs-based student scholarships. Purchase your tickets today. This event will sell out!

	Half-Century Society Induction Saturday, April 21 - 12:30 p.m. Harris Alumni Center at Johnson Glen It has been 50 years since the class of 1968 graduated from UNC Charlotte. The Half-Century Society stands as a living legacy to the history of the University. Join us in welcoming the class of 1968 and earlier into the Half-Century Society at the conclusion of lunch with the Chancellor.
