The second season of 49er football is now underway, and the Alumni Association’s tailgate packages for all home games are available for purchase, with single-game tailgate options also available. Tailgates are open to all alumni and friends of UNC Charlotte. Additionally, the colleges and affinity networks will have gatherings for their alumni throughout the season.
- September 27 - Charleston Southern (College of Health and Human Services, College of Arts + Architecture, Levine Scholars Program and School of Nursing Alumni Chapter)
- October 25 - James Madison (Homecoming! Save the Date!)
- November 8 - Coastal Carolina (Belk College of Business, College of Computing and Informatics and Lee College of Engineering and Young Alumni Chapter)
- November 15 - Wesley College (College of Education and Teaching Fellows Alumni Chapter )
- November 22 - Morehead State
Alumni and friends can participate in all tailgates for $100 per person; Gold Perks Members can purchase a package for $75 per person. Individual tailgates cost $20 per person; Gold Perks Members can participate in individual tailgates for $15. Kids 12 and under get in free.
Tailgates include a full meal, beer, wine, and other beverages, live music and dancing, bouncy houses for kids, corn hole, bocce ball and ladder ball, all under a covered tent and with seating and all the fun, sights, sounds and smells of a football tailgate!
Full season tickets for the games, partial season tickets and single game tickets are now available for purchase online or by phone at 704-687-4949. Single-game tickets will be on sale beginning Aug. 5, subject to availability.
The Alumni Association tailgate tent will be located directly across the street from Lot 19 at the corner of Cameron Boulevard and Craver Road, right beside the tennis courts.
