Some 30 students from the College of Arts + Architecture, the College of Computing and Informatics and the Lee College of Engineering are designing and fabricating statement pieces, costumes and garments that will be worn by professors and friends at the first “Statement Making,” a fashion show being held Thursday, April 27, at the Belk Plaza.

UNC Charlotte will test its new emergency alert system, Rave, on the morning of Wednesday, April 19. This system will allow the University to send text and emails simultaneously – as well as push to other alert systems, such as the LiveSafe app and on-campus digital screens.
