The public portion of the annual Music Department Piano Sale will be from 1 to 5 p.m., Saturday, Aug. 6.
During the 2015-16 school year, the Department of Music had access to first-class standard and digital pianos through an association with the Rockley Family Foundation.
To perpetuate this program, these instruments, along with those provided other institutions, will be sold at the Robinson Hall for the Performing Arts.
A large selection of grand, baby grand, digital player grand and digital pianos will be available from a number of manufacturers, including Steinway and Sons, Yamaha, Kawai, Cable Nelson, Story and Clark, Pearl River, Disklavier and Clavinova. Most instruments are less than a year old and are tuned and ready to go and include a full factory warranty.
