UNC Charlotte Leading in African American Degrees
At UNC Charlotte, Black American students are graduating at a rate higher than any time in the University's history, especially in STEM majors. Five members of Niner Nation share what drives their passion and the impact they hope to have in the future.
BREAKING NEWS
- The University’s wastewater testing has detected the presence of SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes COVID-19, in its routine sampling in one residence hall.
There is a lot of information circulating about the COVID-19 vaccine. Let's separate fact from fiction with the help of the CDC, NIH and our own campus experts.
- FICTION: Now that we have vaccines, the pandemic will be over very soon.
- FACT: The vaccine alone will not immediately resolve the pandemic. To address the threat of the pandemic, a large majority of the population will need to be vaccinated and therefore have an immunity to the virus.
