- UNC Charlotte is developing plans for outdoor in-person commencement ceremonies for our 2021 graduates with strict limits on the number of invited guests based upon Governor Cooper’s and Mecklenburg County's latest COVID-19 guidelines for public gatherings. Multiple commencement ceremonies are being planned for Thursday, May 13, Friday, May 14 and Saturday, May 15.
