Please participate in a COVID-19 vaccine survey

Please participate in a COVID-19 vaccine survey

UNC Charlotte seeks information from faculty, staff and students about their perceptions about the COVID-19 vaccine and their intentions of receiving the vaccination as it becomes available to them. (While the University strongly encourages all members of the community to receive the vaccine, similar to other colleges and universities, UNC Charlotte does not currently require the COVID-19 vaccine). This survey is completely anonymous, and the information shared will be critical to the University’s ongoing safety and planning efforts. Thank you for your support!
