BREAKING NEWS
- As a result of the detection of the SARS-CoV-2 virus during routine residence hall wastewater sampling, the University has completed 164 COVID-19 tests of students and staff in the impacted area (92% of the population). Based on the tests, the positivity rate was less than 1%, but testing remains ongoing.
- Yesterday afternoon, Governor Roy Cooper announced that North Carolina would ease some of its COVID-19 restrictions beginning Friday, Feb. 26, at 5 p.m. The University is reviewing the order and will share any changes to campus operations soon through a NinerNotice.
