Silver is founder of FiveThirtyEight, author of “The Signal and The Noise” and Fast Company’s No. 1 “Most Creative People in Business.” Silver will speak on “Powerful Predictions Through Data Analytics.” He has become today’s leading statistician through his innovative analyses of political polling - he first gained national attention in 2008 when he correctly predicted the presidential winner in 49 states. In 2012 he called 50 of the 50 states.
RIC ELIAS
Elias is CEO and co-founder of Red Ventures – a marketing and technology company headquartered in Fort Mill, S.C. In 2007, Red Ventures was ranked fourth on the Inc. 500 list and in 2015 was valued at more than $1 billion. In 2009, Elias survived Flight 1549, also known as the Miracle on the Hudson, an event that changed his life and led to his popular TED Talk “Three things I learned while my plane crashed.”

Guerry serves as retail & preferred technology and GWIM T&O data quality & control executive at Bank of America. In this role, he ensures data is accurate, timely and has the proper risk controls; supports current and emerging analytics capabilities and data platforms; supports client, customer and marketing applications; as well as the execution of line-of-business data strategies.
RITIKA GUNNAR
Gunnar is vice president of IBM’s Data and Analytics Business. In this role, she is responsible for the offering management and P&L for offerings including Hadoop, Spark, Predictive Analytics [SPSS Business], Prescriptive Analytics [CPLEX] and Entity Analytics. She is also responsible for defining the next generation analytics capabilities.
