Students, alum make Charlotte Inno’s “Under 25’ list

 UNC Charlotte is well-represented on the 2020 Charlotte Inno’s “Under 25” list of young tech leaders. These “most promising and notable entrepreneurs” include:

  • Adonis Abdullah, a current student and founder of  Hot Route Analytics
  • Miguel Avila ‘18, UNC Charlotte’s first Venture for America Fellow, a two-year program for recent college graduates who want to pursue a career in entrepreneurship or a startup environment
  • Aditya Bhujle, Sahithi Meduri and Ivan Zaytsev, current students and co-founders of All-Vote  (formerly Bridge), a platform that aims to engage citizens by providing them with resources to vote and encourages conversations with local elected officials
  • Samra Kanwal, founder and CEO, Volunto, is a sophomore Levine Scholar; Volunto digitally facilitates and connects nonprofits in need with volunteers
  • Thomas McCullough, a graduate student conducting cybersecurity research
  • Pedro Regalado is currently a Ph.D. candidate in electrical engineering; he is working on research related to wearable technology with a focus on mixed reality using the device Teleview
