Ellen McIntyre, dean of the Cato College of Education, has been named the dean of the College of Education, Health and Human Sciences at the University of Tennessee, effective Jan. 21.
Prior to joining UNC Charlotte in 2013, McIntyre was interim associate dean for academic affairs at N.C. State University, department chair of elementary education at N.C. State and professor and University Scholar at the University of Louisville.
