On Friday and Saturday, Aug. 16-17, volunteers will unite on Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools campuses to assist with outdoor projects.
Register for Live United Day, presented by TIAA, as part of #AllinforKids. Participating schools are listed on the web page. Projects include landscaping such as pruning, weeding, mulching, planting and trash pickup. There will be indoor activities such as making bulletin boards and helping teachers set up their classrooms.
