The UNC Charlotte Young Alumni Chapter is partnering with City Barbecue to present “Dollars for Scholars” on Thursday, Feb. 28.
Visit City Barbecue on J.M. Keynes Drive between 10:30 a.m. and 10 p.m., present the Dollars for Scholars flier and 25 percent of the bill will benefit the 49er Legacy Scholarship fund. From 6 to 10 p.m., there will be raffles and special guest appearances.
The 49er Legacy Scholarship supports students who have at least one parent, stepparent, sibling or grandparent who is an alumnus/a of UNC Charlotte, through either the undergraduate or graduate program.
