From career and retirement planning to leadership development programs, the 2019 Learning and Organizational Development catalog has something for every employee.
This year’s catalog, open for review and registration, features more than 80 workshops and 150-plus individual sessions, available both in-person and online to UNC Charlotte faculty and staff.
Among the new highlights for this year are:
- Emotional Intelligence: EQ-I 2.0
- Core Strengths: Results Through Relationships
- Redesigned LEAD, ASPIRE and PAC Programs plus new digital badges upon completion
The catalog also features more than 3,000 online modules and books through Skillport.
