Individuals who have not used Gmail's new design can register for “New Gmail Interface introductory Workshops” to become familiar with changes. Starting Tuesday, Sept. 18, the new design will automatically display when employees log in to Gmail. Users will be able to toggle back to the "classic" version until Oct. 16, when the new design becomes permanent.
