Faculty and staff members are encouraged to wear green and head to Halton Arena at 7 p.m., Saturday, Dec. 8, as the Charlotte 49ers women’s basketball team takes on Stetson University on UNC Charlotte Faculty/Staff Night. All University faculty and staff members can receive free tickets to the contest.
Ticket pickup is through noon, Friday, Dec. 7, at the Charlotte 49ers Athletic Ticket Office, located at the base of the clock tower of the Barnhardt Student Activity Center. Employees must present a valid UNC Charlotte faculty/staff ID to pick up tickets.
Fans are encouraged to bring new, unwrapped toys for the annual Toys for Tots drive. The Charlotte 49ers Student Athlete Advisory Committee and the U.S Marine Corps are hosting this year's drive.
