Registration opens for nursing conference

The College of Health and Human Services School of Nursing will host the second annual Distinguished Nursing Lectureship Conference: “Health Care Reform: The Future of Nursing -- Leading Change, Advancing Health” from 4 to 6:30 p.m., Thursday, Feb. 7, at UNC Charlotte Center City.

The conference will feature a presentation by Courtney Lyder, dean of the University of California-Los Angeles School of Nursing, and will include networking opportunities with nurses, health educators and community health leaders. The cost to attend is $35. Register online.
