Political scientist to discuss ‘Why is Mass Extinction Legal?’

John Kunich, a lecturer in the Department of Political Science and Public Administration, will present “Betting the Earth: How We Can Still Win the Biggest Gamble of All Time” at 12:30 p.m., Tuesday, Oct. 30, in the College of Health and Human Services, Room 207.

In his presentation, based upon his recent book of the same name, Kunich will discuss how complex decision-making in the midst of uncertainty has broad applications, even beyond the environmental realm.

This talk is part of the Global Perspective Services, which provides an opportunity for faculty to discuss their international research with interested members of the campus community.
