Freitag to speak as part of Global Perspective Series

Alan Frietag, a professor of communication studies, will present “Researching Employee Communication in Poland” at 12:30 p.m., Wednesday, Oct. 3, in the College of Health and Human Services, Room 207, as the first talk in the 2012-13 Global Perspective Series.

As a Fulbright scholar, Freitag spent six months in Poznań, Poland, earlier this year conducting research into the effectiveness of employee communication in Polish organizations.  He will discuss the nature and significance of his research project as well as its findings, and his talk will include context of the country’s culture and his insights about his time in Poland.  

The Global Perspective Series is an opportunity for faculty members to discuss their international research with the campus community.
