Starting at 8 a.m., Monday, April 24, the Conference, Reservations and Event Services (CRES) Office will accept requests from departments for the 2017-18 academic year. Requests must fall between Aug. 15, 2017, and May 14, 2018.
Submissions will be accepted online; follow the link to the Advance Reservation Form on the left side of the page. Requests will be processed in the order in which they are received.
Only requests for the Cone University Center and the Barnhardt Student Activity Center (SAC) will be accepted. As a reminder, request for the SAC between Nov. 1 and April 5 cannot be confirmed until the athletics schedule is in place.
Academic space cannot be reserved until add/drop has been completed each semester. Departments may not make any requests for the Popp Martin Student Union until Sept. 15. Room rental rates may apply to Student Union space in addition to standard labor and equipment rates.
