‘Shark Tank’ seeks UNC Charlotte entrepreneurs

A casting team from the television show “Shark Tank” will be on campus from 10 a.m. to noon, Friday, April 28, to meet with UNC Charlotte faculty, staff, students and alumni entrepreneurs. The event is hosted by Ventureprise, the nonprofit venture development organization located in the PORTAL Building. 

Individuals with a business idea or product who are interested in participating should RSVP by 5 p.m. Friday, April 14, to Carolyn Smith at carolyn.smith@ventureprise.org. Individuals should include in the email their relationship to the University and a brief summary of their product or business. Space is limited and selection is based on order of reply. Additional details will be provided for a practice pitch session prior to the event.
