Dozens of UNC Charlotte employees turned out to learn more about how the University protects students, faculty and staff at the Staff Council’s “Safety Day.”
Staff Council members served popcorn and snow cones Thursday at the Cone University Center Plaza, and representatives from environmental, health and safety; the Police and Public Safety Department and the Risk Management, Safety and Security Department were on hand to provide information about campus preparedness initiatives.
