This course focuses on key components of talent management with an emphasis on learning and leadership development strategies. This course will highlight how one can build a talent management infrastructure for an organization or strengthen the program(s) currently in place. Key topics include HR trends, developing issues, regulatory changes and the changing business environment.

The Dynamics of Human Behavior in the Workplace

It also provides insight on how to work well together and discuss the upcoming generations. Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification

The course covers Lean Six Sigma methodology and tools used to improve existing processes or design new processes. Upon completion of the course, students will be able to lead Lean Six Sigma projects to improve processes within their workplace. This course is offered in partnership with the Center for Lean Logistics and Engineered Systems, a unit of the UNC Charlotte William States Lee College of Engineering.
