Project Schedule Development and Control - 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday and Tuesday, Feb. 27-28, UNC Charlotte Center City
Successful completion of this course allows the project leader to demonstrate a detailed understanding of the process of schedule development and tools available for schedule performance monitoring and status presentation. This course can be taken alone or as part of the Project Management Certificate Program.
