UNC Charlotte’s students and alumni are in high demand from employers, as evidenced by registrations for the Career and Internship Fair, which is on track to hit maximum employer capacity (and have a waiting list) for the second year in a row.

From Fortune 100 companies to local organizations, employers attending the University-wide career fair represent a range of industries. These employers report having more than 8,000 full-time jobs, internships and co-ops available, including positions as data analysts, counselors, project managers, police officers, digital marketing analysts, managers in training, lab specialists, human resources interns and even pilots.

The Career and Internship Fair will be held 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., Friday, Sept. 15, in the Barnhardt Student Activity Center. Students and alumni from UNC Charlotte and other colleges/universities are welcome to attend this event. Faculty and advisors may want to attend for employer networking and information gathering. The event is free for job seekers and faculty/staff. Based on employer request, professional dress will be required.

Event sponsors Buckeye International, Charlotte Financial Group, Credit Karma, JELD-WEN Windows and Doors, and Windsor Windows and Doors will be joined by a diverse group of organizations that includes Ally Financial, Autism Charlotte, Bank of America, Hearst Television, Peace Corps, Red Ventures and TIAA. With more than a dozen graduate and professional programs in the areas of nutrition, social work, health and business, this event has something to offer all students.
